Superlister is the company behind Capture, a product for turning eBay listing into a scalable, measurable operation.
Why Capture exists
From listing bottleneck to operating system
We started in a small office manually listing around 20 items a day on eBay. Photos moved from phones to Google Drive, then onto a desktop and into eBay. Every item required the same repetitive process.
Stock was selling and more inventory was arriving, but listing speed became the ceiling. The team could process only 20 to 40 items a day, regardless of how much stock was available.
We built an initial version of the product inside that operation. Listing output increased, but scale exposed the next set of problems: inventory spread across boxes, inconsistent quality, difficult post days, and limited visibility into team performance.
Capture grew by solving those operational problems one by one: scheduling, Box IDs, quality control, custom fields, team permissions, batch submissions, and performance reporting.
The product continues to be shaped by the people using it in real listing workflows.
