- Usage and device information, such as log data, IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, pages viewed, feature usage, timestamps, and diagnostic events.
- Support and communications data, such as messages you send to us, support requests, survey responses, and feedback.
- AI processing inputs and outputs, such as prompts, uploaded media, generated listing content, quality-control results, and model responses used to provide listing generation or automation features.

- You upload, capture, generate, edit, or publish listing content.
- You connect third-party services, including marketplace accounts and payment services.
- You use our websites, applications, APIs, or customer support channels.
- Third-party services provide information to us at your direction or as required to operate an integration.
- Our systems automatically record logs, diagnostics, security events, and usage analytics.

We do not sell personal data in the ordinary meaning of that term.

Although the Services are intended for UK users, we may use service providers that process personal data outside the United Kingdom, including cloud hosting, infrastructure, analytics, payment, marketplace, and AI providers. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses, or equivalent transfer mechanisms.
